Peer Mediation
Family Support Center's Peer Mediation Program trains students as peer mediators to peacefully and positively solve conflicts that occur in the school.

Our research-based program is designed to help students develop and cultivate skills in conflict resolution and leadership.  Our curriculum strengthens the emotional, social and cognitive skills of the peer mediators, while providing a service to the student body and faculty of an entire school, as a system.  Over time, our program will alleviate some of the pressure placed on administration and teachers when disputes erupt amongst students.

Our Peer Mediation Program is proven to deliver improved behavior, academic performance, attendance, teamwork, communication skills and increased self-esteem in their student body.
